At Plympton Dental + Implants we have an experienced and close-knit team dedicated to taking care of your teeth and oral well-being from the moment you step in the door. We specialise in comprehensive treatment including placing and restoring dental implants. All staff are trained here in Adelaide and undergo frequent training to stay up to date in the dental field.
Dr. Han Deng
B.D.S (Adel) & B.Sc.Dent(Hons), MClinDent (Implant Dentistry)
Han graduated from the University of Adelaide with a concurrent Honours degree focusing on Oral Cancer. With a special interest in dental implants, he completed a 2-year masters degree on implant dentistry in 2017. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin (Chinese). He is currently the owner and principal dentist of Plympton Dental + Implants and Greenhill Road Dental & Implants. He practices all aspects of dentistry including minor oral surgery and surgical placement of dental implants with special interests in smile makeovers and implant rehabilitation. Han believes in honesty and transparency as a health professional and enjoys problem solving and offering options for his patients. Being camera-shy, this photo was taken in 2013 so please be aware he does in fact look much older now.
Dr Georgia Mitchell
B.D.S (JCU)
Georgia grew up in Cairns, Queensland, and graduated from James Cook University (Cairns) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She has now relocated to Adelaide and is looking forward to creating healthy, beautiful smiles. She practices all aspects of general dentistry with a strong focus on patient trust and communication. Her greatest strength is her compassionate and empathetic chairside manner, particularly in managing anxious patients. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys playing volleyball and participating in local trivia nights.
Dr. Janice Ip
B.D.S (Adel)
Born in Hong Kong, Janice completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at The University of Adelaide. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including restorative, emergency, aesthetic and preventative care. Janice is passionate about providing quality care to her patients in a gentle and caring manner. She understands that going to the dentist can be daunting, and she strongly believes in creating a safe and relaxing environment for her patients. Janice is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading, playing music, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
